Part-Time Human Resource Generalist – apx. 24 hours per week 199 20th St S., St. Petersburg, FL 33712

This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week. The HR Generalist will work closely with Management to provide structure, consistency and organization to general personnel practices. This position will report directly to the CEO and is required to in-person/onsite during normal working hours.

Must be proficient in Paylocity and be able to execute monthly payroll.

Production Room Associate: Part Time & Full Time St Petersburg, FL

Production Associates work under the direct supervision of the Assistant Production Manager. The Production Room is the critical intersection between all areas of farm operations. The primary function for Production Associate is to sort, inspect, and package raw leafy green and micro green products per our packaging specifications for final sale.

Schedule is part-time or full-time with flexibility. Seeking evening and weekend shifts only.

• Sunday 8am – 4pm
• Monday EVENING 4pm – 10pm
• Tuesday EVENING 4pm – 10pm
• Wednesday EVENING 4pm – 10pm

Farm Support Specialist – Farming Experience Preferred St Petersburg, FL

The Farm Support Specialist position is a full-time opportunity with Brick Street Farms. Brick Street Farms is a St. Petersburg based company focused on growing leafy greens in our proprietary shipping containers to provide nutrient dense greens to our local community. With this position there is a strong opportunity for advancement.

We can offer part-time for the right candidate. Part-time is a minimum of 16 hours per week. Benefits are available for full time employees only.

Job Description and Roles:

• Learn to properly take care of the plants and maintain the farm containers.
• Reset the farms for each new crop cycle.
• Learn how the NFT systems works and get exposure to climate control software.
• Monitor the plants as they grow from seedlings to full size and learn to spot/scout for potential plant issues.
