Brick Street Farms is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to manage social media accounts, as well as, other retention and engagement-based marketing programs throughout numerous channels to support business objectives. Also, includes aiding business development, sales, and brand building.
Manage 10 social media accounts with a 30-day strategical calendar buildout.
Strong ability to analyze data and provide data reporting on all marketing efforts.
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
Market through various channels and segment databases
Knowledge base and implementation skills on A/B Testing
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
Partner with and manage in house creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in marketing, has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or similar, and is familiar with the following software/tools:
HootSuite or similar tool
Mailchimp or similar tool
3-5 years managing social media campaigns and data analyzation
3-5 years of digital and direct response marketing
3-5 years as a creative writer for social media posts, emails, blogs, and landing pages
3-5 years managing projects
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
