The tamarillo, also known as the “tree tomato,” is a true superfruit that we import from New Zealand. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and, most importantly, full of flavor. The essence of the tamarillo is captured in our vinegar, and is versatile alone or used in sauces, marinades, and as a deglazing base on poultry, pork, or beef.
