These 4 Ingredient Green Pancakes are a more nutritious alternative to our favorite breakfast comfort food! We love to try and sneak some greens in whenever we can and Butter Lettuce is PERFECT for this recipe because it has that hint of sweetness that we love! Check out the recipe below:


– 1 1/2 cup oats

– 1 banana

– 1 cup plant-based milk

– one good handful of BSF Butter Lettuce

Recipe (makes about 6 pancakes):

– Add all the above ingredients to a blender to make the pancake batter

– Let the batter sit for about 10 minutes

– Heat a pan on low-heat

– Add about 1/3 cup of the mix to the pan for each pancake

– Flip them as bubbles appear 

– Top with your favorites! I used berries and Tree Juice Maple Syrup! (Seriously, THE BEST maple syrup ever – we sell it in our Farm Market!)

– Dig in & enjoy!
