Blueberry Kale Smoothie

This is a great breakfast or snack smoothie and is full of antioxidants, vitamins, and protein! It’s also great if you have any kids that you’re trying to sneak some of those antioxidants, vitamins, and protein into! You can find fresh kale and blueberries in our Farm Market!

Ingredients:

Makes 16 oz

  • 1 cup kale

  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 2 Tb peanut or almond butter

  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
