Makes about 1 cup
For the pesto
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
3 oz fresh parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves
6 cups Brick Street basil
3/4 cup Brick Street olive oil
Add pine nuts, parmesan and garlic to the food processor and pulse until finely ground.
Add basil and secure food processor lid.
Start the processor and while the motor is running slowly stream in olive oil until the mixture is smooth.
Stir in salt.
