But one of our pet peeves when biting down into this classic sandwich is that chemical film flavor you can taste on most grocery store lettuce! Our two secret ingredients to make your sandwich the best, our butterhead lettuce and some good quality sourdough bread!
Makes 1 sandwich
2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted on one side
4-6 slices of bacon, fried and cut in half
2 slices of red tomato
1/2 cup Brick Street butterhead lettuce
2 Tb mayonnaise
