Easy Vegan Bruschetta

We’re always on the hunt for super easy appetizers that are delicious, and have a wow factor! This recipe for Vegan Bruschetta does the trick!

2 lbs ripe tomatoes diced
3 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup onion minced
1/4 cup basil minced
1 package of Catalyst Creamery vegan mozzarella cubed
3 Tb Brick Street Farms EVOO
1 Tb Brick Street Farms balsamic
SaltĀ + Pepper to taste
Toast points (we made our’s with Gulf Coast Sourdough Bread)

Mix all ingredients together and serve on toast!
