THE BEST CRUNCHY KALE CHIPS

The crunchiest kale chips ever! 😍 Since Brick Street Farms’ greens don’t need to be washed, our Mixed Kale is perfect for the crunchiest kale chips! Pre-washed moist kale just doesn’t give us the satisfying crunch that we love! 🥬 

Ingredients:

-Brick Street Farms Mixed Kale

-Nutritional yeast

-Extra virgin olive oil

-Garlic powder

-Salt

Recipe:

-Preheat oven to 300 degrees

-Toss about 1/2 bag of kale with a nice drizzle of EVOO to lightly coat all the kale

-Give some good shakes of garlic powder, nutritional yeast, and salt (don’t hold back!)

-Toss the kale again

-Add 1/2 of your coated kale to a pan with some space in between each piece (the space between each piece is important to get that good crunch!)

-Bake for 10 minutes

-Flip the pan and bake for another ten minutes

-Set that kale aside and repeat for the second batch

-Enjoy! 💚
