Tomato Mozzarella Sourdough Toast w/ Microgreens

How about starting your day off with this fancy looking tasty toast!

Ingredients:

Serves 2

For the toast

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread

  • 2 Tb mayonnaise

  • 4 slices of tomato cut in half

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup Brick Street Microgreen Salad Mix

  • 2 Tb Brick Street Garlic Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Broil sourdough on both sides until toasted.

  2. Layer 1 Tb of mayonnaise on each slice of bread, followed by 4 half slices of tomato, and a 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.

  3. Broil again until cheese is melted.

  4. Top with 1/4 cup of Brick Street Microgreen Salad Mix on each toast, and finish with 1 Tb of Brick Street Garlic Balsamic Vinegar drizzled over top each slice!

  5. Enjoy!
