We are seeking a reliable, team player to join the Brick Street Farms farming staff. This position is full time with four 10 hour shifts per week. The standard schedule is Monday – Friday 7AM – 3:30PM, we offer flexibility to work Sundays on rotation.
Must be able to stand and work on your feet for the full shift. Carry and move 30lbs. Standing, reaching and physical activities are mandatory.
No experience necessary.
FSS Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities are: Harvest crops, Clean equipment, and Transplant baby plants
- Reports directly to General Manager
- Harvest products per specific crop instruction
- Harvest according to crop type
- Package product in farm by crop type
- Properly label product bulk bags
- Enter harvest bags accurately in Inventory System
- Organize product as instructed
- Sanitize/clean the inside of the farm; including all irrigation equipment, surfaces, fertigation equipment, and tools
- Complete all sanitation tasks as instructed
- Maintain strict sanitation requirements
- Maintain a completely sanitary farm environment
- Remove trash/debris from farm
- Prepare farm zones for next planting cycle per instruction
- Transport seedlings to the farm
- Transplant all seedlings in proper zone per crop schedule on-time
- Ability to learn the different products we grow and sell
- Perform Daily Farm Checks in farm container to ensure mechanical items are working properly per Farm Checklist
- Learn about the health of the plants and report to management
- Learn about mechanical equipment
- Learn how to use basic farm software
- Learn and understand the labels on nutrients and materials
- Follow all sanitation protocols
- Maintain dress code requirements & good personal hygiene
- Follow all company safety procedures and processes

Outside Sales Representative
Annual Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 + sales bonus based on experience

Position Summary
Brick Street farms is a main producer of hydroponic leafy greens and microgreens. We grow for restaurants, hotels, private chefs / caters and specialty retailers in the greater Tampa Bay area and beyond. We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated individual who is passionate about food and preferably, has experience in the F&B industry. This position will be responsible for expanding Brick Street Farms customer base within restaurants, hotels and independent retailers, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships, and assisting in delivery logistics and route planning.
Responsibilities
- Increase sales and brand exposure by acquiring new customers or increasing sales within current customers and assigned customer base / territory
- Understanding menus, pricing and becoming an expert on how Brick Street Farms products and the benefits they provide
- Develop relationships with decision makers to promote Brick Street Farms products and strengthen partnerships.
- Assist in delivery logistics including route planning, holiday schedules and pickup orders.
- Track success metrics and inventory with weekly performance reports and KPIs.
- Communicate with farm team and production team to plan crop changes for season and holidays.
- Administrative support for customers re: invoicing and processing systems
- Coordination of sales activities and order fulfillment with the Production Manager
Requirements and Preferences
- Must be able and willing to travel frequently throughout the greater Tampa Bay area
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to pivot and work independently
- Preferred prior experience in sales or customer service but not required
- Knowledge of CEA farming and practices a plus, but not required

- Standing, walking, moving, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted
