Q: Do you have a farm store on-site?

A: Our farm store has gone completely digital! We no longer have an in-person shopping experience. If you would like to purchase our greens or locally sourced pantry staples, you can place an online order for same-day pickup or next-business-day home delivery!

Q: What are your hours?

A: You can stop by our former farm store to pick-up your order Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We are currently closed on weekends. If you place a next-business-day delivery order on Friday, you'll get it delivered on Monday!

Q: What is your delivery radius?

A: We currently deliver to a select number of zip codes which you can find below, but we are quickly expanding our reach!

We currently deliver to most of Pinellas, Clearwater, Safety Harbor and some of Tampa. The Zip codes we deliver to are as follows:

Q: How much is home delivery?

A: Your cart total must be at least $35 to qualify for a home delivery order. There is also a $5 delivery fee.

Q: Since going digital, has the Member water program changed?

A: Our water fill station remains the same! As a member, you have unlimited access to our carbon filtered water. It runs every day from 8am to 7:15pm. Members can fill up as many gallons as they like!

Q: Do I have to be a Member to shop online?

A: No! Our website along with all of our products are available to all shoppers, regardless of their membership status.

Q: When is Double Discount Day?

On the third Tuesday of every month, all Members get 20% off of the entire online store!

Q: How do I get my Member discount online?

A: If you have never logged into our website before, you must officially activate your account. In order to do so, you must navigate to the account sign-in page. You can find that page via the account page on our website. If you are on your phone, you will find it under the hamburger menu in the upper left corner. If you are on your desktop, it will be under the profile icon in the upper right corner (or click this link.)

- If you have never entered an email or password on our site, click the link that says "New Customer? Sign up for an account" at the bottom of the login page.

- When you type in your information, make sure you enter the email you used when you originally signed up for a membership. This is very important. You will then create a password.

- Next, you'll get a series of emails asking you to validate your email address and finalize your account creation, please follow those steps to get you officially logged into our site. That will make sure you are recognized as a member and get your member discounts in the future.
